The Design And Manufacture Of The Online Dynamic Balance System For The Grinding Wheel

The vibration caused by the unbalance of the grinding wheel had seriously handicapped the improvement of the grinding surface quality, the work accuracy and the production efficiency. Online dynamic balance system for the grinding wheel can balance the grinding wheel online without trying weight, so it has a wide application prospect.For the purpose of the research and development of automatic balance system for the grinding wheel, the thesis deals with the measuring method of the unbalance signal, the design of automatic balance equipment and the strategy of automatic balance. The main content is as follows:The state-of-the-art technology and trendy development of the online dynamic balance technology are reviewed, and the significance of this paper is discussed;The basic theory of dynamic balance and online dynamic balance are studied in detail;The dissertation brings forward the signal processing flow, the sampling digital processing of the signals is described, and the calculation method of the computing unbalance are presented;The polar coordinates, fixed radii, double balance weight, mechanical balance head is designed;The coordinates shift strategy is used during the auto balance process;Based on the MCS-51 single chip, the interface circuit and the corresponding software are both designed;The validity and the engineering practicability of the system are proved by experiment. The shift optimization strategy and the strategy based on the influencing coefficient are studies in the end.By study on the task, the framework of the online dynamic balance system for the grinding wheel is established, the key technical problems are solved, and the basic function of the system is performed. All of those establish a good foundation for the father study on the automatic balance system for rotors.
