| This paper firstly embarking from ultrafine powder technology, elaborated the ultrafine powder's properties as well as the application in the industry, and summarized some elementary theories in ultrafine powder's preparation, introduced this paper's background and the research content. The second chapter introduced the monomer pellet impact crushing theory, and analyzed the influence of the energy, the crack and the impacting speed to the crushing situation. The third chapter introduced the Movable Cellular Automaton Method (the MCA method) basal theory. By the MCA software, the fourth chapter has mainly simulated the glass ball's crushing situation under dissimilar condition simultaneously, also simulated nylon ball and the talc's impact crushing situation, carried on a contrast with some experimental phenomenon.This paper, by the crushing simulation about glass balls with different sizes under identical speed, by the crushing simulation about identical size glass ball under different speed ,has analyzed the influence of the pellet size and the crushing speed to the crushing processes; Through the crushing simulation about the glass ball model with different flaw, this paper has also analyzed the material cavity, the crack position, the linearity crack's influence to the material destruction situation , and has carried on a contrast with part of simulation result and some experimental phenomenon. Another contrast is also carried on with the overseas related numerical simulation and the light experimental result. This paper also has carried on the simulation of the nylon ball high-speed impacting target experiment and the talc drop-hammer impacting test, with the contrast with the experimental picture, has analyzed the brittle material and the plastic material's difference in crushing way. At last this paper has carried on a suitable simulation about different material and different impacting way.Through the MCA software simulation, it better reflected the monomer pellet material's crushing process under impacting load, explained some experiment phenomenon, has a certain instruction significance to the research on monomer pellet crushing mechanism. |
