Oily water is a kind of water which is difficult to treat.It has a wide source,great harm and complex composition.After entering water body,it will have a serious impact on ecology and water environment.In this paper,based on the investigation of the present situation of oily water from railway,aiming at the actual water quality of oily water from railway,the treatment technology and process parameters of oily water from kunming M sewage treatment plant were proposed by monomer test and whole process combination test.This test is divided into three parts: the investigation on the water quality of oily water in kunming M sewage treatment plant,the monomer test and the whole process model test.There are many water quality factors used in the test,including COD,petroleum,turbidity,pH value,anionic surfactant,Pb,water temperature,absorbance and so on.The water used for the test was oily water from a railway station in xi 'an.Is obtained by collecting water samples after testing,the current railway range for oily water pollutants:petroleum 1.898-25.020 mg/L,COD 20.61-415.70 mg/L,3.273-176.000 micrograms of surfactant,pH 6.73-7.66,2.1-82.8 NTU turbidity,water temperature change is not big,all around 20 ?;Pb was not detected in the laboratory after the water sample was transported back.The monomer test is to determine the optimal monomer combination and operating conditions by adjusting the operating parameters and condition Settings of each process monomer,studying the influence of various factors on the removal effect of oil removal rate and other indicators.Conduct the whole process test on the basis of monomer test,further study the feasibility of treatment scheme,and finally determine the optimal treatment process and process parameters.It provides a reliable design basis for the design of large-scale productive processing technology.This paper mainly studies four monomers: precipitation,coagulation,air flotation and filtration.The precipitation test results show that the static time is correctThe separation effect has a certain impact.With the extension of the static time,except for a small change in pH,the removal rate of all indexes hasVarying degrees of improvement.Through beaker test and coagulant compatibility test,the coagulant was determined to be the combination of ferric chloride and PAC.On the basis of orthogonal coagulation test,orthogonal air floatation test and filtration test,the whole process simulation experiment was carried out.The recommended process was coagulation +air floatation + filtration.The operating conditions were as follows: coagulant concentration75mg/L,pH 7,fast mixing rate 120r/min,fast stirring time 30 s,slow stirring rate 45r/min,and slow stirring time 3.5min.The aeration amount in the air flotation process is 10.6l /h,the aeration time is 20 min,and the aeration mode is 2 vertical row aeration;The filter material in the filtration process is anthracite.After water treatment,petroleum,COD and turbidity meet the requirements of "comprehensive sewage discharge standard"(GB8978-1996)and "railway reuse water quality standard"(TB/ T3007-2000),but the removal rate of surfactants is not high.
