Study On Eccentric Wear And Corruption Of Tubing And Wearproof And Antiseptic Liner Tubing

Based on ShengLi oil field Eccentric Wear project, The thesis summed up invalidation form and the cause of tubing,and the cause and characteristic of Eccentric Wear and Corruption; narrated the technology and measure of fathering Eccentric Wear and Corruption; introduced the lined tubing which have got extensive use and getting fine economic effectiveness in abroad. introduced the process flow of the lined tubing, the lined tubing have excellent capability to against Eccentric Wear and Corruption,and other merits;early days, the lined tubing were imported entirely, for reducing cost and increasing benefit,we studied and made HDPE/EXPE tubing ourselves,Bettermented the equipment and mixed material.carried out the tribology performance experiment, educed tribology performance of three imported material; carried out the physics performance experiment, educed physics performance of lined tubing made by ourselves; carried out wearing experiment for comparing wearable performance of imported material,material made by ourselves and 35CrMo steel; carried out wearable experiment that simulate locale instance,for comparing wearable pormance of several material;and combined with the result of practice application, got the performance of lined tubing finally, the result showed that HDPE/EXPE lined tubing can extend well's operating cycle effectively, can reduce extraction cost and increase benefit.The performance of tubing made by ourselves can reach or exceed imported tubing,can substitude imported tubing.At last the paper putted forward several advice for practice application.
