It is one of the main problems that the eccentric wear of the pumping unit well affects the production of pumping well.it is significant to make the preventive analyze for the eccentric wear of the pumping unit well to find a solution to resolve the problem,to improve the efficiency of oil recovery of pumping unit,to reduce the maintenance cost.The use of lined oil pipe technology,make the prevention and treatment technology of oil well pipe eccentric wear develop from single factor governance to multi-factor.In order to analyze oil tube lined with technical parameters and performance,this article considers the affects of the production environment factors of huabei oilfield,conduct a series of mortar wear tests,wear resistance tests,heat resistance performance tests and high temperature and high pressure tests,on the oil tube lined.The tests results show that the lined oil tube possesses good wear resistance and friction coefficient raise with the increase of the production fluid moisture content.What's more,this technology also has a good anti scaling and paraffin control properties.However,the lined layer appeared obvious elongation phenomenon and hollow defects at high temperature.Through mortar abrasive wear test,ring tensile test and vicat softening temperature(VST)test,and compared to the same batch new oil pipe,analyze the tendency of properties lined oil pipe and working platform,hence obtain the solution of improvement.Through the calculation of tensile force and temperature of the elongation of the lined oil pipe,the analysis the stress change under the condition of different well depth and different temperature of ground layer,use of its deformation recovery ability,effectively solve the problem that the lining tube elongation through prestress.A three-dimensional mechanical model of rod string was established,and the stress of the bar column before and after the treatment was studied,and the design of the pipe column installation was optimized and applied in the field.To study the technology and cleaning technology of the lined oil tubing,and improve the application economy under the premise of ensuring the eccentric wear.The results of application prove that lined oil pipe can improve the eccentric wear of tubing and oil well's scale and paraffin deposition,increase the production efficiency of oil field,reduce frequency of rod pumped well operation,prolong the maintenance period,as a results,save energy and reduce consumption and promote economic profit of the whole oil field.
