With the development of global economy continuously, the whole world needs energy more and more, energy consume is increasing straightly, however the energy which the earth supplies is limited. The contradiction which energy supply cannot meet energy need is obvious more and more in world. How to solve this challenge is becoming an urgent affair. Heat storage can solve the problem between the energy need and energy supply, it's a new technology which can improve the energy efficiency; it saves redundant energy by some kinds of medium, releases when needs. PCM (phase change material) are offering a broad basic for the application of heat storage because of their characteristic of releasing or absorbing energy largely during phase change and keeping the same temperature almost.The task put forward the notion that was making PCW (phase change wall) by the link of PCM and timbering materials and installing it in the inside of greenhouse, in order to reduce greenhouse cost and ameliorate the heat circumstances. The springboard is filtering materials from some kinds foregone low-normal temperature PCMs, sorting out materials meet the needs of greenhouse production , finally chose Na2SO4·10H2O,Na2CO3·10H2O,olefin,stearic acid ester as examination materials. Considering single PCM's heat capability can not meet requirement, so compounded the materials two by two, observed diffluence ability one another during the testing,the time length of unfreezing and concreting and DSC test analyzing, Make sure the best percent of the compound of olefin/stearic acid ester and Na2SO4·10H2O/Na2CO3·10H2O.This paper took the way of mix-dip in and blocklaying encapsulation respectively, made the PCW with olefin/stearic acid ester and benzene board, made the new style wall with Na2SO4·10H2O,Na2CO3·10H2O and blocklaying, and did various performance tests on the PCW, such as water absorption test,resist high temperature test and heat transmit capacity, etc.Measured the inner air temperature,inside and outside facies temperature and inside and outside heat flow of PCW.Compared the temperature with the common greenhouse .Conclusion: the temperature change rate of phase change greenhouse is slower than common greenhouse, that's to say the inside temperature undulation is big. The temperature undulation of common greenhouse is 13.2-40℃, phase change greenhouse is 14-37.3℃, the undulation scope of phase change greenhouse is smaller 3.5℃than common greenhouse, and the undulation scope of blocklaying greenhouse is smaller 1.9℃. Compared with the common greenhouse, the inside temperature of PCW greenhouse is lower 1.7℃at daytime, but higher 0.97℃at night, the biggest is 3.3℃, Compared with the common greenhouse, the inside temperature of block laying house is lower 2.2℃at daytime, and higher 1.2℃at night, the biggest is 6.4℃.The test finished tne research on heat storage principle theoretically; finally took the measure of finite element to finish the research on PCM capacity and PCW ply temperature tistributing.
