Research Of Technology During Tobacco Cut Online Expansion Equipment HXD

At present, many tobacco research organizations and cigarette enterprise personnel at home and abroad take their efforts on revealing tobacco chemistry composition change law in tobacco primary process by applying the modern analytical technology, ascertain the inner relationship between tobacco main chemical composition and technological parameters, and realize the primary procedure quality evaluation step-by-step from only smoking quality to combining smoking quality with chemical analysis. By the method, it can provide the theory basis for cigarette handicraft and process.During the tobacco primary process, for example, in high expansion drying process (HXD), cut tobacco need to be enhance or decrease temperature and moisture content; therefore, the inner chemistry components (especially easy to be oxidized or easy to be volatized organic components) will a series of chemistry reactions. Owing to this, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of volatile and semi-volatile flavor constituents in HXD of Cigarette manufacturing procedure were performed by Simultaneous Distillation Equipment(SDE),GC and GC/MS. Combining with smoking quality of tobacco, the processing parameters of HXD can be optimized,and the preferred processing parameters of HXD were obtained, which were DCC output temperature 60,DCC output moisture content 22%,steam1600 kg/h,stream amount 4600 kg/h,craftwork gas 13500 kg/h and negative pressure 800 Pa by top-grade cigarettes, and DCC output temperature 80℃,DCC output moisture content 26%,steam1600 kg/h,stream amount 4600 kg/h,craftwork gas 13500 kg/h and negative pressure 800 Pa by low-grade cigarettes.The project have broken the traditional primary process method, which was to carry out the same standard handicraft whether top-grade cigarettes or low-grade cigarettes. And provide the new cigarette primary process method, which was to devise different technological parameters according to different grade cigarettes. I t will take the directive function on the tobacco grouping processing technology, also have the important effect on the cigarette primary process technological parameter design.
