The Study Of The Chemical Properties Of Wet End And The Paper Properties Of The White Water Obturation

In the modern paper making industry, for the aim of save energy, prevention and cure of the pollution and so on, it is necessary for us to develop the effective usage of water. It is the tendency that the continuing development of paper making will come out via the cleaning processes of reuse of white water obturation. The technology of dynamic balance short flow zero discharge, can help the paper making system achieve to the cycle use of white water obturation, but at the same time it will also bring some questions to the wet end of paper making. So, it is an important work for the normal function of the paper making machine that if the chemical properties of wet end , paper properties and material according to the dynamic balance rules. In this study, it studies the properties of static copy paper under the condition of white water obturation.1 The raw material comes from Zhongxing paper company Qufu of Shandong province. Simulated the on line wet end working, use the dynamic filter equipment. Studied the changes of the parameter of the wet end after cycle of obturation and validate the theoretical of the dynamic balance. This part contains the distribution of the fibre length, the proper usage of cation starch in the white water, mensurating the remain of the disports in the clean water and in the white water, then compared of these two. Then we found that the optimum dosage of the cation starch is 2%, and the single flow remains of all of the composes in the white water obturate system are decreased compared to the opened system. Protract the balance curves of the fine fibre, the filling and the cation starch in the white water. And it proved that all of the parts can achieve to the dynamic balance. And tested the negative charge in the white water, found that it also follows the rule of dynamic balance.2 The effect of the properties of paper by white water obturation cycle. While zero discharge, the situation of the paper machine system will be changed, the accumulation of all the materials, the changes of the remains rate and the properties of the paper. In this study, we compared the properties between before and after zero discharge, and found that there has both good and harm effect on the properties of paper. Studied that if we changed the dosage of the assistant chemicals it has something to do to keep balance and the effect of the paper properties. And found that it can help to keep balance but has negative effect on the properties of paper.
