Olefin oxidation is an important reaction type of petrochemical.It is significance in academic and prospects for industrial applications that implementation selective oxidation of alkenes under mild conditions which using cheap and environmentally friendly molecular oxygen as the oxidizer.In this paper,a series of metal complexes with phenanthroline and 8-hydroxyquinoline were prepared to simulated the core structure of metal porphyrin.The montmorillonite and NaX13 zeolite were used to simulated the natural environment of cytochrome P450 in order to implementate the selective oxidation of olefin.1.Synthesis,characterization and catalytic properties study of eight catalystIn this part,eight metal complexes were synthesized and loaded on montmorillonite and NaX13 zeolite carrier,the structure of the catalysts were determined by infrared,XRD and SEM,the catalytic oxidation of the catalysts were applied on the catalytic oxidation of styrene and cyclohexene.The optimal reaction conditions of catalyst Co-8Q/MMT apply on styrene catalytic oxidation:temperature 85℃,substrate 1ml,the amount of catalyst 20mg.2.Synthesis,characterization and catalytic properties study of four catalystIn this part,four metal complexes were synthesized and loaded on montmorillonite and NaX13 zeolite carrier,the structure of the catalysts were determined by infrared,XRD and SEM,the catalytic oxidation of the catalysts were applied on the catalytic oxidation of styrene and cyclohexene.The optimal reaction conditions of catalyst Co-Phen-HAA/MMT apply on styrene catalytic oxidation:temperature 82℃,substrate 1ml,the amount of catalyst 20mg.3.The study of kinetics on catalyst synthesis of styrene by molecular oxygenThe kinetics of catalyst synthesis on styrene by molecular oxygen which used Co-8Q/MMT and Co-Phen-HAA/MMT as the catalyst were studied.the amount of catalysts, the concentration of styrene and reaction temperature impact on the reaction rate were stuied. The results showed that the amount of catalyst Co-8Q/MMT contribution to the reaction series for 1,and the amount of styrene own 1.5;the apparent activation energy of styrene oxidation reaction Ea=116.86kJ/mol.The results showed that the amount of catalyst Co-Phen-HAA/MMT contribution to the reaction series for 1,and the amount of styrene own 1;the apparent activation energy of styrene oxidation reaction Ea=41.35kJ/mol.
