Establishment Of Invasive Risk Assessment Forecasting Net On Alien Species In Wuhan

Based on satellite remote sensing images and field sentinel survey data, this paper realizes advanced warning of alien species invasion risk in Wuhan, transforms the abstract warning data into intuitive, clear electronic map, timely displays the extent of geographical distribution and the degree of the invasion, establishes invasive risk assessment forecasting net on alien species in Wuhan based on WebGIS, establishes a data platform for monitoring, exchanging and researching the invasive alien species in Wuhan. The main results of this study are:1,It establishes the database querying system of invasive alien species in Wuhan, including the database of a list of the invasive alien plants in Wuhan, the database of a list of the invasive alien animals in Wuhan, the database of background information of the invasive alien species in Wuhan, the database of pictures of the invasive alien species in Wuhan, the database of documents on the invasive alien species, and the database of a list of the experts. It also sorts out the list of the invasive alien species which have existed or should be watched out for. There are 52 kinds of invasive plants and 12 kinds of invasive animals.2,It establishes the monitoring information system of the invasive alien species in Wuhan. Based on field survey and focused monitoring, it records and releases the monitoring information of species, the monitoring information of the testing area, and the monitoring information of the remote sensing.3,It establishes the risk assessment index system and the risk assessment system on the invasive alien species in Wuhan .It can perform the risk assessment of the newly emerging invasive alien species. It also provides the index and results of the risk assessment of the 52 kinds of invasive plants in Wuhan.4,It establishes invasive risk assessment forecasting system on alien species in Wuhan based on WebGIS and Biodiversity Information System, and transforms the abstract databases into the Intuitive map data. And combinated the risk assessment results, performance of all three species invasion risk profile. It also displays the risk situation of invasion of alien species by the red, yellow and green warning lights.And the website has provided alien species forum on hot plates, popular science board and related links.
