Study On The Environmental Risk Assessment System Of Alien Species Invasion In China

The invasion of exotic species has brought a great threat to the biodiversity, in order to prevent its invasion, control its damage, and the relevant laws and take many measures to deal with it.. Our country faces the alien species invasion situation also not optimistic, invasive species will not only bring the serious economic loss to our country and bring a negative impact on human health and ecological environment, especially for biological diversity and ecological security of destruction. But our country to prevent the invasion of alien species of legislation is not perfect, in order to better against the invasive species of prevention and control, strengthen legislation, perfect the alien species in environmental risk assessment system is of extraordinary significance.The purpose of this study is to better prevent the invasion of alien species, and propose the suggestion of improving the environmental risk assessment system of alien species invasion.. First of all, in this paper, the development course of environmental risk assessment system and the related concept and theory are introduced; secondly, through the case illustrates the serious harm caused by the alien species in China, introduces the legislative practice of our country foreign species environmental risk assessment system and related to the contents of the legislation, combined with case for in-depth analysis of the problems, find out the crux of the problem. Finally, according to the above analysis and proposed suggestions to perfect our country foreign species environmental risk assessment system.The main content of this paper is divided into three chapters: first chapter of environmental risk assessment system described the basic problems, clarifies the construction environmental risk assessment system is very important to our country’s prevention and control of alien species invasion; the second chapter introduced the legislation practice of environmental risk assessment in China and relevant prevention and control of alien species invasion risk of laws and policies, from case analysis point of view, analyzes the problems existed in relevant laws and regulations, and policies; the third chapter is the main part of the article, mainly on how to improve environmental risk assessment system of alien species invasion legislation thinking.The author believes that our country faces the alien species invasion status has been very serious, in order to reduce the damage must be to strengthen our country to prevent the invasion of alien species of relevant legislation, perfecting the system of environmental risk assessment is one of the effective ways. Only in this way to the exotic species in intrusion effectively control, protection of human health and ecological environment, conservation of biological diversity, ecological security and promote the sustainable development of the economy of our country.
