| The environmentally friendly society is a important content of carries out scientific development idea and the harmonious society construction, and the eco-politics is a important content of the environmentally friendly society too. So the eco-politics is necessary and important to strengthen construction of the environmentally friendly society. Based on the theories and methods of ecology, politics, administration and so on, the article explored a series of main problems about the theories and the practice of how to establish the eco-politics of the environmentally friendly society.This thesis not only expounded the concepts, the relations between the environmentally friendly society and the eco-politics, the Chinese and foreign Eco-politics practice, but also analyzed the eco-politics difficult position and the political reason of it at present. Then it provided a plan of the environmentally friendly society construction. Marxism eco-politics views, the basic ideas and principles of the natural environment and the socio-development, the eco-politics education, the innovation of eco-system, eco-legal and the management, the widespread citizen political participation and international cooperation, is a necessary way to the eco-politics construction of the environmentally friendly society .
