Using the current hi-tech Novel Pedar, a foot-pad-type pressure measurement system, and the ME60008 passage muscle the electricity collect analysis system provided by Finland the Mega company carry out measure and study the plantar pressure and the pace rate of six young women with the first. Completely naked foot, a second wearing a pair of ballet shoes ,a third wearing a pair of 4.5 cm high-heeled Latin shoes, a fourth wearing a pair of 7.5 cm Latin shoes, a fifth wearing a pair of 10cm high-heeled Latin shoes when they are dancing on the flat ground, to analyze the plantar pressure distribution feature and the time change feature of pace rate, to further study the different dynamic strength of pace rates and the motility features when they walking in the state of foot-ground circumstance and foot-shoe circumstance. The experiment shows that when dancing the Latin, the pressure of the metatarsal lateral bone is six times of the normal movement. The maximum pressure of the inside Metatarsal bones and the middle metatarsal bones were higher than normal gait, but the pressure of the heel was less than half of the normal gait. The maximum pressure of the bottom of the feet 455.25±105.09kPa appears on the right foot with 10 cm Latin dance shoes. The average value of acting of the 4 lower limb muscles growth with the growth of the heels. The maximum pressure of the bottom of the feet can be 183.92±36.30N on the heel of the right foot. The maximum measurement of the pressure of the bottom of the feet can be 106.98±39.53N*S on the right MM with 10cm Latin dance shoes. Although there are some differences, but the difference was not significant. With the increase of the high heels, the muscle power increased, lower limbs were easy to fatigue, and that exist a certain negative impact on the performance of the Latin movement. As the highly increasing of the shoe heel, the feminine athlete have to complete the dance movements by passively raising the heel, the bodily center of gravity tend forward, holds the full base pressure centralism before. The Characteristic reverse and whirl movements caused the increased pressure of metatarsal, which is six times than the normal gait. Simultaneously, the increases of the heels make the work of all the major muscle groups in the lower extremity of women athletes to rise. Although the differences were not significant, the accumulation of fatigue as long movement will have a certain impact on Latin movement. Therefore, I propose that without affecting of the appearance, it is better to dress high-low heels in order to reduce the leg fatigue. The results also shows that there is no significant differences between the distribution of the pressure of the two feet and the parameters of gait, when the women danced in different conditions, as in bare feet, with ballet shoes, or with Latin dance shoes. The maximum of SEMG can be 345.00±167.62uVs .
