Research On Creative Design Of Wedding Dress

Wedding dresses, which are the traditional dresses with a long history both in china and abroad, are absolutely necessary when two get married. Along with the economic development and physical and spiritual life improvement, people attach more importance to the wedding dress. The growing market leads directly to the development of wedding industry. Modern wedding dresses are characterized with varieties and novel features. Thus the design of the dress has become a hot spot in the industry. Like other fashion designs, the wedding dress design also includes elements of style, color, material, ornament and so on.. this paper stresses on the research of creative design of wedding dresses. The author, by combining her own design experiences and the works of masters, carried out a series experiments of creative design. In the course, on the basis of the current design theory of wedding dresses, traditional thoughts and multi-racial factors are fused and so are the creative design and modern technology, so that the design characterized by visual innovation and modern techniques is formed.
