Compared to conventional fibre, polyester specialised fibre is a new fibre, which makes greater innovation in wearing and it has some specialities.At present, glittering transparent fabric, which is made of profiled triangle filament of specialised fiber, is used in theatrical trappings,fashionable dress materials,furnishing etc, and it is getting more and more favorate. It has a function of glittering and transparent, good drapability, strong light. Especially, it takes weft-knit knit goods orgnization as fabric structure. Further, it gives the fabric goood extensibility,drapability,air perviousness, and so on. It is a high additional value and high technology product. It not only has bright prospect in market and good economic benefits, but also meets the demand of improving product grade and additional value in textile.This subject studied the application of profiled triangle filament fibre in knitting and the dyeing process of the fabric. It also studied how to produce the glittering transparents knitting fabric using triangle super lighting filament on the circular machine, giving the process parameters of weaving,pretreatment,dyeing aftertreatment in cosmical production, exploited the special style glittering transparent knitted fabric, popularized and produced it in batches.The design of the product's scheme is the key factor of embodying the style of textile. The full lighting filament plain products,full lighting filament tucking products,half lighting filament interlacing products were chosen to study in this article, the rational process parameter in the process was chosen, the best process line and process parameter in every process were determined .In the dyeing and finishing process of glittering transparent knitted fabric, the dyeing performance was affected greatly by the manner of pretreatment, therefore four different pretreatments were taken, then the samples treated by the four were dyed with trichromatic of SE disperse dyes, the best manner of pretreatment was determined by the value of the k/s,L*,C* of the samples.The filtration of disperse dyes affected the dyeing results greatly, we chose the SE multicomponent mixed dyes by experiment analysis.This dye has addictivity to the dyeing of polyester, and it can make more dyes moving to the cloth, giving darker colour and good fasteness.We got the factors which affected the dyeing and the best dyeing process by orthogonal experiment,analysis of variance and calculating extremum.Uniformity problem is a critical problem in the dyeing of glittering transparent polyester,we experimented several common high temperature dyeing levellers,by measureing their surface character and dyeing performance on the glittering transparent fabric, drawing such a conclusion: high temperature disperse dye leveller Y produced in this locality has better solubility,dispersity and migration, and it can get a better levelling effect,higher degree of dyeing and satisfying dye fastness.At last, we tested several wearibilities on glittering transparent polyester knitted material, such as, lustre measurement, fuzzy and pilling, capillarity, colour fastness and so on, all of these reached the列部颁standard.
