Study On Effect Of Qualities Of Malus Prunifolia (Wild) Borkh With Different Frozen Storage Methods

Malus prunifolia (wild) Borkh is a special fruit with more dietary property and pharmacal property in northwest area in China. The effects of quick-freezing and slow-freezing Malus prunifolia (wild) Borkh's qualities under the film drilled holes packaging(MA) and cold-shock, and the effectes of different maturity Malus prunifolia (wild) Borkh's qualities under quick-freezing storage and slow-freezig storage was studied. It's revealed difference of Malus prunifolia (wild) Borkh's qualities under different fore treatment and different ways of frozen storage, providing some convenient and effective storage's ways for farmer, and providing some theoretical evidence for developing industry of Malus prunifolia (wild) Borkh. The experimental result showed that: The quality of Malus prunifolia (wild) Borkh can be retained differently by MA in quick-freezing storage, and can be retained remarkably by MA in slow-freezing storage, in the experiment condition, 0.09mmPE refreshing pack is better than other thickness; Quick-freezing storage of MA kepping the quality of Malus prunifolia (wild) Borkh is better significant than slow-freezing storage of MA; Cold-shock can not retain quality of Malus prunifolia (wild) Borkh in quick-freezing storage period, and obviously in slow-freezing storage period; The quality of Malus prunifolia (wild) Borkh has no significant difference between 80% maturity and 90% maturity in quick-freezing storage period; The quality of quick-freezing Malus prunifolia (wild) Borkh is significant better than that of slow-freezig Malus prunifolia (wild) Borkh.
