The tee valve is produced generally by traditional method called casting technology. It has many disadvantages causing the reliability greatly to reduce. Multi-load technology is raised on the ground of studying comprehensibly the forming technical requirements of the square tee valve in this article. Specifically for extrusion forming of three-cavities, multi-load forming is chosen, and the analysis model is built which is used to simulation, including technological process model, geometry of the die and the plastic finite-element. The definition of boundary friction conditions between die and work piece, contact bodies, mesh and remesh and post-processing are also done according to the simulation process.MSC/Superform is a nonlinear FEM simulated manufacture system as a numerical simulation platform on which a three-dimensional FEM simulation is performed. Because of the characteristic of the square tee valve such as shape complexity, high precision and difficulty deformation, different loading process is simulated and the loading process of metal flow law is studied, and finally the rational loading process is determined. And then, the effective strain distributions,effective stress distributions,metal flow rate and the lade-stroke curves are analyzed in different temperature,friction coefficient and extrusion speed. The better loading parameters is found that is when the temperature is about 800℃, the friction coefficient is 0.1 and the extrusion speed v1 (the extruding velocity of p1 is 11 mm/s, while p2 is 65.5 mm/s ) .According to the above simulation results and considers this components'unique feature, the better process plan has been worked out, on the basis of analysis about the square tee valve difficult deformation. In line with this better plan, the reasonable piece shape and extruding temperature and velocity are chosen. Then the mold is designed and the forming equipment is determined.
