Extrusion technology has been widely used in automotive,aerospace,military industry,light industry,electrical appliances and other industries,extrusion technology is a chipless forming process,with high quality,high efficiency,low consumption characteristics.In recent years,warm extrusion is a rough process of development good front at home and abroad which is between cold and hot extrusion.especially,it is suitable for cold extrusion forming of high deformation resistance,high strength alloy poor plasticity,corrosion and heat resistant steel,forming of stainless steel and alloy steel and other materials.It is widely.Used in the automobile,tractor,engine,military and aerospace and other fieldsIn order to solve the problem of low material utilization ratio of cup parts in a military enterprise,a comprehensive extrusion forming technology for warm extrusion cold forming of cup parts is proposed.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:1,the cup of warm extrusion forming process of the theoretical analysis and research,found the size accuracy and surface roughness after extrusion temperature cannot reach the expected requirement,and has the hardening characteristics;therefore proposed the first warm forming,compound forming PROCESSSCHEME after cold shaping,the shape and the size of precision meets the technical requirements of the product.2,according to the forming process design,reasonable mold structure;the design of the mold not only meet the requirements of strong and toughness,but also has good stability and reliability,demolition,replacement is convenient3,the rigid plastic finite element theory,deform simulation analysis software,numerical simulation for extrusion cup temperature is established,the numerical simulation of warm extrusion forming process of metal flow,stress,strain and defects,extrusion force effects of various parameters on the extrusion and mould parts in the work,find out the mold structure and process parameters influencing factors on the forming process,the forming parameters of the ideal are: the temperature is 750 DEG C,the extrusion speed is 5mm/s,the plastic deformation is good,uniform flow,low stress,no crack.Simulation analysis provide a good theoretical basis for the actual production of such parts or similar parts of this value.4,The feasibility of this technology is verified by experimental methods,forming the internal shape without two machining,forming a cavity of the cup,the surface roughness value reaches Ra=0.8,the verticality and parallelism reached 0.01,the maximum hardness of HRC=38,the distribution of hardness: the hardness in the upper part of the cup wall the maximum,mouth slightly lower at the bottom of the lowest hardness.The process and die structure provided by this paper has some advanced technology and innovation,to meet the material and efficient production.Provide new ideas and methods for forming such parts of warm extrusion,which has a certain theoretical significance and practical King.5,the formed cup parts,size accuracy,surface roughness,surface hardness and so on,meet the design requirements...
