The prediction and control of blasting casualty is always an important subject in engineering blasting field. The main shaft of Dongguashan Copper Mine has achieved more than 1000m, it belongs to deep mine. Under the factor of high stress and frequent blast vibration, the stability of mining laneways has become one of the key factors that constraints the mine to achieve the production objective, and it is one of the major hidden dangers that affects production safety of the mine. Aimed at the problems, based on the foregone researches, the author brought forward a new studying subject on the blasting vibration to stability of the mining laneways and the control technology in Dongguashan Copper Mine, and carried out systematic deep-going study based upon a vast amount of monitoring data from engineering blast.(1)The correlation degree of blasting vibration characteristic parameters and the blasting condition was analyzed by using the Gray Analysis Method. It provides the theory basis for the research of blasting vibration control measures.(2)Based on the analysis of blasting vibration prediction error, the monitor data was fitted by choosing the best empirical equation, and the blasting vibration attenuation rule in deep well has been obtained.(3)Considering the blast vibration signal to be a short-time non-stationary random signal, the author creatively carried out a time-frequency analysis by the wavelet packet analysis technique under different conditions from the point of view of energy analyzing, and concluded that the energy distribution of blast vibration signal varies with blast conditions during its propagation, and further pointed out the characteristic of propagation of blast vibration wave.(4)According to the specific circumstances of Dongguashan Mine, this paper formulated an appropriate safety criteria for blasting vibration, and proposed an specific measure to reduce vibration by controlling the charge per delay.(5)According to characteristics of arrangement of preparatory workings and conclusion of failure pattern, support parameters of laneway under blast vibration effect were put forward by using engineering analogy method.
