Natural dyestuff of naphthoquinone has become more and more popular, because of its good anti-ultraviolet and health care etc. But the industrial applition of natural naphtha -quinone dyestuff in the large-scale has been limited by dyeing property and yield. This paper, based on natural naphthoquinone dyestuff, one of resources in Xinjiang, research both distilling and the imitatation of structure of natural naphthoquinone dyestuff to synthesize sibstituent of naphthoquinone.The research way and content: (1) Research the purity methods of naphthoquinone dyestuff from the henna and borage; (2) Test on anti-ultraviolet and dyes property of naphthoquinone dyestuff; (3) Design and synthesize 1,4-naphthoquinone as a main unit of target dyestuff; (4) strengthen the conjugated structure to improve chroma and dyeing property of the naphthoquinone dyestuff; (5) Analyse structure and test on anti-ultraviolet of distilled and synthesized dyestuff.The point and the crux of this topic: (1) Separate and authenticate distilled naphthoquinone; (2) Synthesize naphthoquinone ramification and confirmate its main structure; (3) Modify the main structure of naphthoquinone by strengthening its conjugated structure .The paper has procured primary result: (1) Distilled naphthoquinone dyestuff from henna and borage; (2) Synthesized 5-hydroxy-8-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone and main structure of borage; (3) Tested dyeing and anti-ultraviolet property about distilled naphthoquinone and naphthoquinone ramification, and obtained the conclusion: The bionic ramification of naphthoquinone is better than the natural naphthoquinone on the anti-ultraviolet property; (4) Taking titanium as the catalyst, the experiment obtained primary result on conceiving the carbon-carbon double bond (-C=C-) between the ramification of 1,4-naphthoquinone.
