1,4-naphthoquinone dyes(Juglone and Lawsone),due to its good gloss and sanitarian sex with certain drugs,suitable for infants and young children on the safety of the dye request strictly.But they are in the nature of the content is less,the yield is very low.With artificial biomimetic synthesis method of synthesis of 1,4-naphthoquinone natural dyes(walnut quinone quinone and nails),has both the security of natural dyes,but also has high purity synthetic dyes,the advantages of low cost.To avoid because of the difference of soil,climate,acquisition time,the effects on the dye composition,at the same time put an end to the extraction of walnut quinone and nail quinone when dyeing reproducibility is poor.With artificial biomimetic synthesis method of synthesis of walnut quinone quinone and nails,its stable performance and can be mass production.This topic will be about 5-amino-1,4-naphthoquinone synthesized by the diazotization hydrolysis walnut quinone.And nails quinone is using dichromate oxidation of 1,4-trichlorobenzene trihydroxy naphthol to making.Both formula are appraised by the IR and NMR,the data are consistent with the literature value.Biomimetic synthesis of 1,4-naphthoquinone dye mordant method,natural protein fibers and polyamide fibers can be dyed the color of a certain depth.Its mechanism for metal ions,hybridization with dye molecules after hydroxyl and carbonyl complex formation,again with the fiber of hydroxyl,amino and carbonyl formation of complex compound.So by metal ions and form a bridge between the fibers,dyes on fiber dyeing.But the biomimetic synthesis of 1,4-naphthoquinone dyes,also there are many obvious flaws,such as water soluble is poorer,firm put small,etc.This study of biomimetic synthesis of walnut quinone and nail quinone artificial modification at the molecular level.Experiment,sulfonic acid type of aromatic amine(H acid monosodium salt and amino benzene sulfonic acid)with nails after diazotization quinone and walnut quinone coupled to generate the corresponding acid dyes.Using water-soluble sulfonic group,not only can increase the original nails quinone and walnut quinone water-soluble,and can and protein fiber amino form ionic bonds,so as to achieve the purpose.Introduction of azo group can obviously make nails quinone and redshift or blueshift walnut quinone,rich can obviously both chromatography,thus enriching the derivatives of color options.Use the artificial modification principle,make not only increased the nails both water-soluble quinone and walnut quinone,enriched the types of chromatography,also can need not use mordant,direct dyeing protein fiber and polyamide fiber,make its fastness to improve levelness,wet processing.
