Biological Indicators And Microorganisma Effects Of Crude Oil Pollutong Soil

In this study,we researched and discussed the effect of different concentration of crude oil in soil without plants on microbial active effect,such as:soil microbial biomass,soil respiration,respiratory quotient and diversity in metabolism capacity that offers helpful reference to bioremediation,environment quality assessment,the Construction of Precaution Target Program of crude oil.The results show that when the concentration of extrinsic crude oil is less than 25g/kg,the BR,C_bio,C_ext hoist gradually,when the concentration of extrinsic crude oil is exceeding 25g/kg,the BR,C_bio,C_ext decline.Microbial Respiratory quotient exceeds with increasing of concentration of crude oil.At the same concentration, Microbial Respiratory quotient declines with time passing,we conclude that the microbiology gradually gets used to the pollution and environment has there is self-purification ability.We can conclude that qPR,Q_ext do not have Remarkable Difference in the results of ONE-WAY ANALYSIS OF VARIANCE.C_ext,C_bio,BR,PR,and qCO₂,qR,E_ext have Remarkable Difference in different pollutant oil. So they can reflect pollutant conditions of crude oil.By analyzing,microbial activities is increased at low concentrations of crude oil in soil,and inhibited at high concentrations.The variation of utilizing carbon sources by microbes in pollution soil was detected by BIOLOG-ECO.the results show that the metabolism activity of carbon source by microbes in pollutant oil is changed,the metabolism activity of carbon of amino-compounds,amino-acid,Carboxylate,polymer is high.In different crude oil pollution soil,there is obvious dissimilarity in space which is constructed by 31 carbon sources.Functional diversity of microbial population in soil(s),diversity of Shannon,uniformity of Shannon,diversity of Simpson,diversity of Mclntosh, uniformity of Mclntosh exist remarkable differences in blank control experiment and pollutant soil(P＜0.05).The analysis shows the abundance of microbial population in soil with low concentration pollution is higher than that with high concentration, Crude oil at high concentration make functional diversity of microbial population in soil declines.In respect to activity and diversity of microbiology,there is "middling pollution effect" in pollution of crude oil.
