This paper bewrited a study of the behavior of heavy metals in Tegillarca granosa Innaeus,including three experimentations: acute toxicity test of heavy metals to Tegillarca granosa Innaeus; study of the determination method of heavy metals in halobios;accumulate and elimination of heavy metals in Tegillarca granosa Innaeus.It had significance to study the behavior of heavy metals to the entironment,and the study was important to settle the pollution problem of the entironment caused by heavy metals.In the study of acute toxicity test of lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd) and chromium(Cr) to Tegillarca granosa Innaeus,results showed that when the concentration were augmented the toxicity of three kind of heavy metals were augmented too.The toxicity to Tegillarca granosa Innaeus's sequence was cadmium> lead> chromium in file.The 48h-LC50 of Pb,Cd and Cr to Tegillarca granosa Innaeus were 26.424 mg/L,4.227 mg/L and 38.726mg/L,96h- LC50 were 14.289 mg/L,1.749 mg/L and 15.396 mg/L.The safe concentration were 0.714 mg/L,0.087 mg/L and 0.770 mg/L.In the study of determination method of lead,cadmium and chromium in halobios, the mixed acids of HNO3 and H2O2 was used to digest the samples,and graphite furnace atocmic absorption spectrometry method was used to determine the heavy metals in the solution.The determination limit of Pb,Cd and Cr were 0.017mg/kg,0.0006mg/kg and 0.013mg/kg.And the recoverised was from 77% to 101%.The RSD of determination was lower than 9.96%.The method offered traits of low detection limit , high sensitivity , speediness and exactness ,and was applied to the determination of Pb and Cd and Cr in samples with satisfactory results.When the samples were detected,the researchers discovered that the contents of Cd in the seashell products were higher than other products. The examination was did about enrichment and clearing up of Cd in Tegillarca granosa Innaeus. Simulating half static state inroom, Tegillarca granosa Innaeus were put into the experiment seawater(1~16ng/mL) for 15 days.Determine the Cd content in the Tegillarca granosa Innaeus every 1~3 days.The results showed that the enrichment content in the seashell was in direct ratio with the Cd content of the seawater and the durative experiment time. Put the enrichment Tegillarca granosa Innaeus into clear seawater,it was not obvious of the educing of Cd2+ .It proved that the process was not reversible. The remained amount doubled the content in the natural samples.The causation maybe lie on the hydronium radius of Cd2+ ,it was analogical to the radius of Ca2+.Through the several experiments, the conclusions were found.When Tegillarca granosa Innaeus were infracted by heavy metals,they mobilized their detoxifcation function of themselves to enrich heavy metals.When the enrichment arrived at the dead content limit,the seashell went to die.The examination in this paper may be carved up to three part.They expatiated amplificatorily the heavy metals's behaviors in Tegillarca granosa Innaeus length by length.They maked it clear the connection between heavy metals and organisms to peoples.
