The advantage of the Anaerobic co-digestion of wheat stalk and sludge is the adjust of C/N(the proportion of carbon and nitrogen).It is the reason that the proportion of carbon and nitrogen is high in wheat stalk,and is low in sludge.It may reduce the quantity of other addition substrate which is mixed in the disposal of wheat stalk.Synchronously,there are a number of microorganisms in sludge.They digest the cellulose and produce methane in the reaction.There is a high value in recycling.One part of the experimentation is a study on the influence for the anaerobic digestion by TS which is adjusted by the quantity of material.There is much effect on the gas production and gas component through the change of TS.The gas production is increased,the percentage of methane in the gas is advanced,and the time of gas production is prolonged by increasing TS.Therefore,TS is the important factor in the co-digestion process.On the other hand,the coming for the maximum of methane production delays the coming for the maximum of gas production in the process with having nothing to do with change of the content of TS from 4%to 7%.The study presents influence of gas production and cellulose digestion of wheat stalk through the regulation of pH,C/N and retting in anaerobic digestion.There is a little effect on the gas production and cellulose degradation through the regulation of pH;Retting with water arrived at a digestion of efficiency of TS about 46.71%.The regulation of C/N shifts to a earlier time of pear of gas production with the highest gas production about of 529ml/d,a cumulative gas production about of 6359ml,and about 68.35%of cellulose digestion efficiency.And the coming for the maximum of methane production is overlay with the coming for the maximum of gas production through modifying test condition.Therefore,there is some economical value in practice.Meanwhile the diggstion process was shorted from 30 days to 15 days by using domestic liquor whih contained rich microorganisms.By the way,cellulose digestion efficiency is much advanced.The curve of COD shows that there is useless for the digestion of some matter,such as lignin and etc.
