The centralized heat-supply project mentioned in the thesis is a great project supported by the government under the above mentioned situation,benefiting our country and people,as well as improving the environment.Centralized heat-supply is one of the basic facilities in a city. It has comprehensive economic, environmental and social benefits in terms of economizing energy resources, decreasing the pollution, making things convenient for people.The economic in the city mentioned in this thesis is developing rapidly. However, there still remains small boilers in the way of supply heating .It is an invisible region of centralized heat-supply, which leads to low efficiency on heat supply, serious environment pollution and lower quality that is hard to meet the demands.Based on the relevant theory, this thesis, integrating practical tasks of centralized heat-supply engineering of M city,provides an index system for technological and economical evaluation on city centralized heat-supply engineering, which analyzes scientifically and evaluates reasonably technical condition, financial index, national economic index and other uncertain factor. As a result, the technical scheme and various economic indexes are proved ideal and meets state relevant regulation. Moreover, the project has the ability of profiting and anti-risk. Therefore, it is safe and feasible, not only has bright prospect on economy, but also can promote future development of this area. |
