With the gradual maturity of supply chain management theory,many large-scale enterprises have adopted the centralized procurement mode,which reduces the direct procurement cost,stabilizes the whole supply chain and improves the core competitiveness of enterprises.Compared with the decentralized procurement of materials,centralized procurement of materials has many advantages;enterprises can reduce the number of procurement,procurement costs,planning procurement standards,to achieve a unified allocation of resources.In the face of the fact that the competition in the coal industry is becoming increasingly fierce and the market consumption is not driving it strongly,China coal kingship group needs to innovate the group's centralized purchasing mode based on the perspective of supply chain so as to enhance the group's unique competitive ability in management,can occupy the important market share in the intense competition,maintains the undefeated competitive advantage.In this paper,Pingshuo group as the research object,the relevant supply chain,value chain and other points of view are described,as an important basic reference for enterprise material procurement.Secondly,starting from the current situation of Pingshuo Group's management and material procurement,the paper analyzes the procurement process between Pingshuo Group and its superiors,and finds that material information does not match,departments do not cooperate,and there is no way to achieve information sharing.These problems seriously hinder Pingshuo Group.Third,based on the SWOT analysis method,analyzes the operating conditions for the flat back group research,determine the condition of the enterprise operation will be able to meet the needs of the development of the company according to the hierarchy is not obvious,from ensuring the accuracy of the implementation of the procurement plan,building the supplier information management platform,strengthening the assessment of suppliers,so that they can constantly correct their own business model in the assessment,so as to promote the healthy centralized material procurement of China Coal Pingshuo group development.This paper the whole research process is closely in accordance with the analysis of the current situation of the procurement of China Coal Pingshuo group,which provides the future development ideas and problem-solving strategies for the future material procurement of the group,hoping to bring new vitality and thinking to other coal enterprises through this paper.
