Presently, chirality compound and asymmetric catalysis are the importance field in research of organic chemistry. It is a goal for many chemic operator at all times to compose chiral ligands and catalyzer with wonderful stability good activity and splendiferous enantioselectivity. Phosphine ligands especially chiral phosphine ligands have the remarkable significance both in fundamental research and practical applications in the asymmetric catalysis and host-guest inclusion-resolution chemistry fields. It's one of the hot points in chemistry and relative subject areas. The materials we used are trichlorophosphine , benzene and 1,8-dichloroanthracene-9,10-dione etc which are low-cost and can be purchased easily. Bis(diphenylphosphinyl oxide)acetylene and 1,8-dichloroanthracene were synthesizd first, then compound 3 was made with them, finally, we gained the target production- compound 4 through the irradiation of high-voltage mercury lamp. The yield of compound 3 and 4 was high, and the reaction manipulations were more convenient. The structures of production 3 and 4 were affirmed by IR, 1HNMR and element analysis. The single crystal of product 3 and 4 were obtained by dissolvent volatilization method and their structures were determined by X-ray diffraction. Compound 3 and 4have the inclusive capacity with solvent. They have the character of host compound.Compound 4 we get is a potential efficient chiral catalyst ligands. We gained a phased achievement in the research and reorganization of kindred phosphine ligands, otherwise, we established a important base on exploring new phosphine ligands.
