Paste filling is the newest green mining method and one of the useful choose for those collierys which not only exist threat of water inrush from coal floor,but also the country building above.Paste filling can not only be used to control the movement of the upper rock layers,but also reduce the supporting pressure, decrease the failture depth and range of floor, and prevent water inrush from floor, therefore, now, that is energeticly exentended as a green mining for its safety, effective and environment.The paper is concentrated on the failure laws of floor under the conditon of water inrush and paste filling from the point that paste filling can effectively control the failure of floor. The result of this research is a deep supplement for the studying of water inrush from floor and paste filling method. Firstly, based on the theory of plasticity and elasticity, the dissertation use theoretical analysis and numeric simulation method together to get the stress field of floor in mining and the maximum damage depth of the floor which are used to evaluate the danger of the water inrush for Zhucun colliery and conclude that it is danger of the water inrush for mining一5 coal seam;and give the mechanism of peventing water inrush and controlling rockmass deformation by the use of paste filling, then, the dissertation contrast the mechanics between the falling method and paste filling method using the FLAC3D software, come to a conclusion,paste filling can provide a substantial reduction in floor breakage depth; at last, with solid-liquid coupling simulation,the dissertation obtain that breakage depth of floor increase with the increase of water pressure and workface length;at the same time, the dissertation analyze influence factor in the process of paste filling by theoretial and numeric method, indicate that filling body intension and filling ratio are the main influence factor.The dissertation reveals the stress field, failure range and the main influence factors of floor by the use of theoretical and numeric method under the condition of the paste filling method which is better to choose and optimize the design project, reduce the experiment time, and carry out the safely and effective green mining techonlogy.
