The serious accidents were mainly caused by gas outburst and water inrush in our country’s coal industry, Direct economic losses caused by water inrush has been always ranked in the first, coal mining above confined water has been the focus and the difficulty and put forward various mining methods, such as mining with pressure, strip mining, floor aquifer grouting that can reduce the harm caused by rock pressure with setting safe coal pillar but can’t meet the requirements of high recovery ratio and prolonging the service life.The paper put on the paste filling mining technology scheme above acquire water based on two high pressure layer aquifer, accurately calculate fillingbody’s early and late strength requirements and filling step through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation. The mining section with different states is differently treated, In addition, we have developed successfully key equipment in paste filling system. The main research results are as follows:(1) Based on the characteristics of paste filling surface in the process of the rear gob filling time and the working face is simplified as equivalent roadway, we establish floor damage mechanics model, obtain safety coefficient k and the relationship between k and filling step and fillingbody’s strength.(2) Different influence of floor damage by different filling step and fillingbody’s strength is calculated by numerical simulation software FLAC3 d, that provide a strong basis for rational determination of paste filling parameters.(3) According to the actual type and bottom water channels of the geological conditions, the working surface is divided into three types: Developed area, normal floor area and weak floor area, taken a different approach in different regions.(4) The paste filling system pip specifications is selected, the original filling system capacity is checked and the precise mixing control technology, plugging accident prevention and quickly judgment technology, plugging accident treatment and rapid recovery technology is researched. The pipeline flow adjusting device, pipeline pressure detection system,, pipeline system switching device, the slurry dumping device and pipeline expansion device is successful developed.
