As a key passage which is used to exploit the coal mine, shaft plays an important part in the safe production of coal mine. Since 1980s, the walls of some mines in china have cracked, they happen in the process of shaft construction or after mine production, this becomes a new geological disasters of mines. On the basis of previous research results, this paper uses theorical analysis, numerical simulation and local measure to study the fathering schedule of the auxiliary shaft wall in Xinyi mine.Firstly, this paper carries out a statistics of the auxiliary shaft wall in Xinyi mine and analyzes the reason of rupture; then measure pressure of the shaft on the spot. The paper adopts method of the numerical simulation to simulate the shaft wall of the 410~460m and 460~480m . Forecasting the security of walls whose depth is less than 480m, using numerical simulation to study the shaft whose depth is more than 480m, when reinforcing steel bar mesh,with or without mine steel,different concrete strength rating and different wall thickness.After the genenral analysis, we have the main conclusion:â‘ . It is difficult for terra stress to destroy wall structure,the damage of wall is closely related to fault and tectonic stress produced by the existence of fault;â‘¡. 410~460m shaft wall adding reinforcing steel bar can effectively increase the affordbility of wall to endure local stress;â‘¢. the local stress which 460~480m shaft wall adding reinforcing steel can endure is 6.8MPa, local stress which using mine steel can endure is 7.0MPa. Incresing the thickness of wall can effectively in crease affordability of wall;â‘£. Adding mine steel, reinforcing steel bar mesh into the wall whose depth is less than 480m can effectively increase the affordability of wall, adding reinforcing steel bar mesh can have a better effect than adding mine steel into the wall. Increasing wall thickness and concrete strength can effectively increase the affordability of wall. Comparatively speaking, adding wall thickness can have a better effect.
