Along with the upper part coal resources use up gradually,the alluvium traversed by the shaft lining becomes thicker and thicker along with the development of deeper mine construction.This,naturally,has caused the ground pressure to act on the shaft lining to become much greater constructed in deep alluvium.To resis the huge ground pressure the ultimate bearing capacity of the shaft lining must be greatly improved.so loading capacity has been promoted in the shaft lining structure design.The experiment loading device of high strength shaft wall,which widely applied into experimrntal research of the high strength reinforced concrete shaft lining.However,the original experimental loading device bearing capacity is limited,which can not appease the high-strength wall structure experimental requirements,So it is imperative to research and manufacture for a new type of experiment loading device of high strength shaft wall.The inside diameter of the original experiment loading device of high strength shaft wall is 950mm,the wall thickness is 100mm,and because the diameter is smaller,the maximum load carrying capacity is 40MPa.In order to design a new type of experiment loading device with a diameter of 1100mm and a maximum capacity of 60MPa,the wall thickness is 220mm given by theoretical calcula.To make the stress distribution reasonably,an optimal design of the rib is obtained by the method of adding a reinforcing rib in the middle part of the loading device and the optimal size of the rib is obtained by numerical calculation.The results show that the elastic deformation of the device under the design load of 60MPa was very small,and it met the requirement of load bearing capacity.Further analysis showed that the optimization design method can not only make the stress distribution more uniform,but also meet the requirements of the production process and use,When the rib thickness is 110mm and the height is 160mm.
