Insects are the most plentiful natural resources that exceed 70%of the total number of all known animal species in nature,have not been utilized on earth so far.Insect resources in china are very plentiful and exceed 150 000 species.Insects are characterized by the high reproductive capacity and the large biomass,so they belong to renewable resources.As described above,these advantages facilitate the exploitation of insect resources,especially insect handicraft products(or culture insect resources),such as artificial amber,bufferfly wing picture and so on.The researches are aimed to study the craft of the artificial amber and the bufferfly wing picture to supply helpful reference data.The main contents are as follows:1.In the experiment of making artifical amber,polymethyl methacrylate plastics and urea-formaldehyde resin were commonly used to make artifical amber.The effect of all kinds of grouping on shrinkage,hardening time,air bubble incidence of artifical amber was analyzed by grouping different temperature and ripe or raw monomer.The results are as follows:(1) polymethyl methacrylate plastics:The best grouping for shrinkage was T(20℃) and ripe monomer 8,69.3%for average shrinkage.The best grouping for hardening time was T(25℃) and ripe monomer 3, 5625min for hardening time.The best grouping for air bubble incidence contained T(20℃) and ripe monomer 6,T(20℃) and ripe monomer 5,T(20℃) and ripe monomer 4,T(20℃) and ripe monomer 7,average air bubble incidence of which were respectively 0,2,7,8.3.In view of the cost of raw material,we choose the best grouping for shrinkage namely T(20℃) and ripe monomer 8, 69.3%for average shrinkage.When we made a amber for a size of 3.7cm×3.7cm×2.0cm with ripe monomer 8 and choose insect with different volume form 0.60cm~3 Pleonomus canaliculatus Faldemann to 2.60cm~3 Eudicella aethiopica,the price for raw material were between 3.60 Yuan and 3.88 Yuan.When we made a amber for a size of 4.0cm×6.0cm×2.0cm with ripe monomer 8 and choose insect with different volume form3.2 cm~3(Anomala corpulenta Motsch) to 5.0 cm~3 Batocera horsfieldi(Hope),the price for raw material were between 6.27 Yuan and 6.53 Yuan.When we made a amber for a size of 5.0cm×7.4cm×2.0cm with ripe monomer 8 and choose insect with different volume form 9.5cm~3 Lucanidae,the price for raw material were 9.41 Yuan.(2) urea-formaldehyde resin:The best grouping for shrinkage was T(20℃) and raw monomer 4,52.6%for average shrinkage.The best grouping for hardening time was T(25℃or 30℃) and raw monomer 5, respectively 19580min and 19646min for hardening time.The best grouping for air bubble incidence of raw monomer contained T(20℃) and raw monomer 4,T(20℃) and raw monomer 5, T(20℃) and raw monomer 5,T(20℃) and raw monomer 2,T(25℃) and raw monomer 4,average air bubble incidence of which were respectively 0.3,0.7,1.3,2.3,2.3,3.7.In view of the cost of raw material,we choose the best grouping for shrinkage namely T(20℃) and raw monomer 4,52.9% for average shrinkage.When we made a amber for a size of 3.7cm×3.7cm×2.0cm with raw monomer 4 and choose insect with different volume form 0.60cm~3 Pleonomus canaliculatus Faldemann to 2.60cm~3 Eudicella aethiopica,the price for raw material were between 0.93 Yuan and 1.00 Yuan.When we made a amber for a size of 4.0cm×6.0cm×2.0cm with raw monomer 4 and choose insect with different volume form3.2 cm~3 Cetoniidae to 5.0 cm~3 Batocera horsfieldi(Hope), the price for raw material were between 1.62 Yuan and 1.70 Yuan.When we made a amber for a size of 5.0cm×7.4cm×2.0cm with raw monomer 4 and choose insect with different volume form 9.5cm~3 Lucanidae,the price for raw material were 2.44Yuan.2.In the experiment of bufferfly wing picture,butterfly swing was soften by glacial acetic acid with different concentration so as to study the effect of butterfly swing species,the concentration of glacial acetic acid,softening time on the absorption rate,thickness(T),length (L).The results indicated that the best grouping for the absorption rate was Acraeidae,75%of glacial acetic acid and softening with 22d.The best grouping for T was fengdie,65%or 75%of glacial acetic acid and softening with 22d.The best grouping for L was Acraeidae,75%of glacial acetic acid and softening with 22d.In view of beautiful outlook,we choose the best grouping for L.
