Research On Yerba Mate Tea Culture, Customs And Communication

Chinese tea enjoys a world-renowned reputation.Tea culture occupies a special position in the course of China's historical development.To some extent,chinese tea culture is sufficient to represent the cultural types and artistic forms of the nation in the international arena.In the La Plata River Basin,“Mate Tea” culture is deeply rooted in the local culture,and “Mate Tea” is regarded as a “national treasure” by several countries,people are spreading the “national treasure” to all parts of the world.Mate tea not only has a long history of its own,but also witnesses the historical development of the South American continent in the process of its ups and downs of development and dissemination.At the same time,the cultural symbol “Mate Tea” has also formed its own unique culture,which has produced a far-reaching impact on the La Plata River Basin and even the entire South American continent.It is precisely because of this far-reaching influence that it has given this natural product a strong social attribute.In the process of operation used in the process of preparing and drinking of tea all reflect the human and cultural characteristics of the continent,and become the sign of social activities,treatments and behaviors habits.Although both Chinese tea and Mate tea have a long history and high recognition in the local culture separately,the dissemination and influence of Mate tea in the world is far less than that of Chinese tea.By analysis and introducing the ways and means of cross-cultural transmission of Chinese tea,we can also give some enlightenment to the cross-cultural transmission of Mate tea.This thesis is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,including the selection and significance of the topic,the relevant research summary,domestic and foreign theoretical basis and research methods.The second chapter is a brief introduction to the origin,spread and development of Mate tea.The third chapter is a description of the historical heritage of Mate tea.The fourth chapter is the dissemination of tea culture from the perspective of cross-culture.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.In China,experts and scholars have carried out preliminary research and discussion on the nutritional composition,efficacy and medical value of Mate tea,and confirmed the strong medical value of Mate tea after repeated observation and experiments.However,the introduction and research of the predecessors on Mate tea are almost blank in terms of the cultural customs,historical development and other aspects,scattered in some simpleintroduction.This paper gives a systematic and in-depth introduction to the cultural customs and dissemination of Mate tea.
