Parametric equation of the directrix on vane-guided was gained by computation of the geometric relationship, and three-dimensional geometric model of the vane-guided was created by Solid Works in this thesis. Combined Solid Work and Gambit, the whole geometric model of the axial flow hydrocyclone was created, and structurization mash was divided in the whole flow region.Computation Fluid Dynamics software Fluent is used to simulated internal flow field of the axial flow hydrocyclone. Contrasted and analyzed the result of the emulation calculatingand APV, verified exactitude of the geometric model and dependability of the computation.Distributing characteristic of velocity,pressure and their coupling relation in internal flowfield of axial flow hydrocyclone were gained by numerical computation, further analyzedtransformation law of energy. Swirl and flow situation was displayed in vane-guided area.Differential flow field was caused by various inlets design, the eccentricity of the flowlargely depends on the pattern of inlets of the hydrocyclone , and the eccentricity of the flow have effect on the separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone.
