According to water quality trait and a large quantity water needed in winter in Daqing oilfield, in this paper a new method for dealing with oily sewage that oily sewage soften is reused for heating boiler was proposed. On base of ion exchange theory, a small prismatical ion-exchanger tester is builted. By many periods of experimental research on gel type 001×7 resin, strongly acidic macroporous cation exchange D001 resin, weak acidic macroporous cation exchange D113 resin , The results showed that weak acidic macroporous D113 resin is so advantageous than other resins when taken producing capacity, operation cycle ,running cost into account that it's more fit for water quality of Daqing.On base of these studies, water treatment processing property is also studied, including research on the effect of temperature, the flow velocity and the direction of the influent flow on hydraulic characteristics and the influence of operating velocity on producing water quantity; and the reflection of regenerate consistency, temperature, species, and the flow direction over resin regeneration rate. Finally, through the research above ,we know that the optimum operating velocity is about 19.1 m/h; the favorable consistency condition for hydrochloric acid regeneration is around 4%, and regeneration velocity is about 4.25m/h; the optimum technics condition for sulpHuric acid regeneration is indicated that the first step: it's consistency is around 1%, regenerating flow is about 3m/h; the second step: consistency is around 3%, regenerating flow is about 2m/h; And the higher regeneration temperature is, the better regeneration rate, relatively favorable temperature is around 40℃; What's more, the impact of regeneration of resin using vitriol as regenerant is compared with the one of muriatic acid. So the conclusion of this paper not only have a direction for the research of treatment method of oily sewage, but also establish the theory basis of making use of resin efficiently, improving the quality of effluent water, increasing the producing capacity and decreasing the cost of water treatment.
