As more and more reservoir which is low permeability, low pressure, low yield, and low abundance have been discovered, tight gas reservoir has become the major research object in natural gas development from now on, and therefore the appropriate exploitation technology has become the key point of research also. For surface engineering, high efficiency and suitable exploitation technology of low pressure, low yield gas field is a difficult problem for a long time. This article did the experiment and research work from the following aspect include simplify the gas gathering process of low pressure gas field, optimize the pipeline network layout, pressure system set up, compressing equipment selection, etc. Content and conclusion list below:Complete simplify the gas gathering process and well site, implement the"no heat supply and no methanol injection at well head, no insulation of flow line"technology is an innovation of this project. In high latitude area, it's first time to deliver the natural gas in atmospheric temperature without methanol injection. Especially make some progress on decrease the development cost and improve the operability and applicability.Optimize the gas delivery network, adopt the arborescent type well connection technology is another innovation of this project for low pressure gas field exploitation technology. From the arborescent pipeline network of individual well to radially pipeline network then to arborescent type well connection technology, great simplification of pipeline system decrease the construction cost significantly and push forward to the high efficiency development of Sulige Low-pressure gas field tremendously.
