Flying shears is one of the important equipments in the continuous steel rolling production, which can snip the steel when it's moving, requiring the snip section upright, trim, and regular length. With the development of the steel production, the requirement of the flying shears become more and more, whose service capability can affect the efficiency of produce directly in the produce line.Firstly this article summarized the operating principle, the request of working and character of working, character of loading; predigested the structure; gave brief illuminate on the technology criterion and the redress about assured length.Secondly this paper predigested the model of the flying shear into six poles organization of double degrees of freedom in flat surface, using the method of plurality vector and the method analysis of dynamic static to analyze the flying shear on the kinematics and dynamics. Established the vector equation using the occlude circle made by the sticks to work out the displacement, speed, acceleration, the speed of angle, the acceleration of angle of the institution. Based on that, using the second law of Newton to analyze strength of all stick institution, the strength of swing including the shelf and the moment of swing, thereby to mastery the character of dynamics of the flying shear.Lastly this paper made the test and analyze on the flying shear on the different cut situation, including the character of torsion of the main drive system, the character of strength of the cut stick.Found the weakness of the equipment, though test and analyze the situation of the real product, to confirm the real capability of the flying shear, making sure the produce steadily.
