In this paper, against the Daniel 450 T couple off-center flying shear which is imported of steel company's steel bar production line for research object, According to the motor shaft twist fault accident during the production process, for experimental study on multiple parameters and the detailed theoretical analysis, finding the fault reason, carrying out improvements, and that has important reference value of designing and using of the flying shear.In order to find the cause of the malfunction. First, using modern testing methods, under the condition of different shearing in the shear force, shear torque testing of the flying shear. Through testing analysis, determine the flying shear actual shear capacity, reached torsional characteristic of the double electrical machinery transmission flying shear transmission system. Analysis the fault reasons, master the shear machine of actual working condition, provides first-hand information of the flying shear theory analysis and maintenanceOn the basis of the experimental study, this paper uses modern engineering design and project analysis software CAE technology, establishes flying shear actual status of the theoretical model, emulation of the movement of flying shear in the process of shearing are done. Reached the velocity, displacement of cutting blade, and other kinematics parameter of the flying shear displacement. According to the dynamic analysis, reached the shear force of both up-cutting blade and down-cutting blade, the force and torque of couple off-center crank shaft and other axis.According to the failure of 450T couple off-center flying shear transmission system, analyses the electromechanical characteristics of mechanical transmission system. Firstly the reducer driving characteristics of double motor drive is analyzed, identify the time course of loads on the principal organs. Analyze the uneven phenomenon of slanting load torque because of the gears'non-isochromous wearing and tearing during the process of double electrical machinery transmission motor gear to wear. Describe the mechanical trouble because of out of sync of electrical machinery. And put forward the improving measures from both the aspects of mechanical and electrical. The analysis results have important theoretical significance and value.
