This article introduced a new plastic forming method- Tension-Assisted Cold Rolling Forming technology,the technology that loads axis Tension on the part basis on rolling the part in radial direction under the normal temperature,used to the plastic forming of stepped axis and rod-shaped part.Tension-assisted cold rolling forming is processing of Complex technical parameters,the material properties and technical parameters are closely related, but also between each technical parameters are closely related.Therefore,it is necessary to depth-analysis processing parameters of tension-assisted cold rolling, organize and perfect the technical parameters that parts be formed easily and the performance of the material can be improved.The main contents are as follows:Introduced the structure and function that tension-assisted cold rolling equipment; Elaborated the Tension-assisted cold rolling of the theoretical basis for simulation Based on the LS-DYNA.FEM numerical simulated the entire forming process of tension-assisted cold rolling,Analysis of deformation of materials in the process of stress and strain,and its internal analysis of the phenomenon,the rolling pressure,and so on.Simulated pressure that in the case of small rally,provided a reliable test parameters for the improvement of equipment for the process.The processing of the tension-assisted cold rolling forming and process parameters have been studied.Research shows that the finite element simulation of tension-assisted cold rolling forming process's roller pressure and the actual roller pressure comparison shows that the reliability of FEM.Thus avoiding modified equipment for the latter part of the process parameters set by blindness;Maximum value of the strain and stress transit to the material center along with the process period gradually;Auxiliary Rally of the tension-assisted cold rolling forming has a Little effect on the material properties.Material forming the surface quality,roughness have doubled enhance than traditional processing.Tension-assisted cold rolling forming technology may be used as a general shape of the plastic processing method to be applied.
