In oil refining industry, antifouling agent was technics process agent of cortrol and avoid equipment fouling, it was applied to atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit, heavy oil catalytic cracking unit and coking unit. Application situation and developing trends of slurry antifouling agent was described in the paper, synthesize of dispersant polyisobutylene succinimide and choose of antioxidant, detergent,metal passivator, preservative were emphatically introduced in this paper, corresponding assessment method are comfired at last.Heat addition technics was applied to synthesize polyisobutylene succinimide in this paper, including alkylation and amination process. The effects of material match, reaction temperature, reaction time and stirred speed were studied in alkylation process, optimum reaction conditions are MA/PIB mole ratio of 1.4, reaction temperature of 210~220℃, stirred rate of 300rpm, under these conditions, the highest conversion of PIB could be achieved. The effects of material match, reaction temperature, reaction time and stirred speed are studied in the amination process. PIBSA/DETA mole ratio of 1.1, reaction temperature of 140℃, reaction hour of 5h and stirred rate of 300rpm, yield of polyisobutylene succinimide is the highest. Dispersivity of synthesize product was analyzed by the sludge spot distribution test, the results showed that the high ashless dispersant prepared had good dispersivity.Others composition of antifouling agent were choosed in this paper, for example antioxidant detergent, metal passivator, preservative and so on, formulation of antifouling agent was comfired by orthogonal test. Dynamic simulation evaluation device is established on heat transfer principle, the effects of service temperature and antifouling agent addition on the inhibition rate of the study antifouling agent YJZ-101 were investigated, the experiment result shows service temperature 390℃, addition amount 150μg/g. Comparison experiment shows inhibition rate of antifouling agent YJZ-101 is 74.5%, it is very excellent in antifouling agent products, it is not corrosion effect on pipe and equipment of slurry system.
