In oil refining industry, decoking agent was the technical process agent for cortrol and avoid equipment fouling, it was applied to atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit, heavy oil catalytic cracking unit and delayed coking unit. Application situation and developing trends of decoking agent was described in the paper, synthesize of dispersant polyisobutylene succinimide ethanolamine dithio phosphatein and choose of antioxidant, detergent,metal attenuated agent, preservative were emphatically introduced in this paper, corresponding assessment method are comfired at last.Thermal grafting reaction, acyl reaction and esterification reaction synthesis polyisobutylene succinimide ethanolamine dithio phosphatein this paper, including thermal grafting process, acyl process and esterification process. The effects of material match, reaction temperature, reaction time and stirred speed were studied in thermal grafting process, optimum reaction conditions are temperature of 205~215℃,time of 4.5h, material ratio of 1.2, stirred rate of 400 rpm, under these conditions, the highest conversion of PIB could be achieved. The effects of material match, reaction temperature, reaction time and stirred speed are studied in the acyl process. optimum reaction conditions are feeding way- slow drip addition, time of 4.5 h, temperature of 130℃, material ratio of 1.15, stirred rate of 400 rpm, yield of Polyisobutylene succinic ethanol amine is the highest. Polyisobutylene succinic ethanol amine/ Diethyl phosphate disulfide generation mole ratio of 1.1, reaction temperature of 90~100℃, reaction hour of 5h,generate polyisobutylene succinic ethanolamine dithio phosphate products(PSMP). Dispersivity of synthesize product was analyzed by the sludge spot distribution test, the results showed that the high ashless dispersant prepared had good dispersivity.Others composition of decoking agent were choosed in this paper, for example antioxidant detergent, metal attenuated agent, preservative and so on, formulation of decoking agent was comfired by orthogonal test. Dynamic simulation evaluation device is established on heat transfer principle, the effects of service temperature and decoking agent addition on the inhibition rate of the study decoking agent YJA-01 were investigated, the experiment result shows service temperature 510 ℃, addition amount 100 ~ 120μ g/g. Comparison experiment shows inhibition rate of antifouling agent YJA-01 is 60.2%, it is very excellent in decoking agent products, it is not corrosion effect on pipe and equipment. |
