Preparation And Evaluation Of Dengge Naotong Fensanpan

Subject:To study an ideal preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine for treating acute ischemic cerebral disease.Dengge Naotong Fensanpan is selected.Extracting Process,qulity standards,tentative stability,acute toxicity test and Pharmacodynamics will bestudied.Methods:Pharmacodynamics of indicators was used of the preparation of the praeparatum;Using orthogonal test,we researched alcohol abstraction technology of fleabane;superfine grinding technology was used to smash cockroach;Using orthogonal test,we researched Supercritical CO₂ extraction process of the Chuanxiong and the experimental design of volatile oil clathration;we selected adjuvants of dispersible tablet; the herbs of preparation was identified by TLC;Scutellarin was determined by HPLC,and established the quality standands,formulated the limitation of the praeparatum;and stability experiments and the study of the pharmacodynamics were carried out.Result:The extraction condition of Dengge Naotong Fensanpan is advanced,stable and feasible.The method of the quality standards were accurate and could be used for the quality and quantity control of the preparation.The preparation has fine stability.The studies of the pharmacodynamics indicated that it can obvious step down blood apparent viscosity and improve cerebral cirulation.Conclusion:Dengge Naotong Fensanpan is an optimum preparation which is used to treat acute ischemic cerebral disease.It has suitable and controllable quality standards.
