The optimized inclusion technology conditions follow as: volatile oil. dissolved in 2 times alcohol, the proportion between volatile and β-CD is 1:4.5mix 30min, 5 times water. Radix polygalae plus water to infiltrate about 12 h,plus water decoction 3 times, decoction each time is 3h, the solvent is water and the material is 8:1, 6:1, 6:1, fractionation filtered, merging three times decoction liquid enrichment to make relative density 1.05. Then the solvent is deposited by alcohol, refined, dry.
