The Virtual Manufacturing has been summarized detailedly in this paper, and combing to its domestic and international development condition, the brief introduction was made. According to main content of the virtual Manufacturing and its related techniques, and referring the practical demand of our research project, we have carried out the research of virtual cutting technology. Using the computer technique, it is vital of establishing virtual turning system.Errors syncretizing and its key technology has been studied on the virtual turning, which has been applied for the detained theoretic study for the vibration which is produced between the work piece and the cutter in cutting process influence the machined part. This paper simplifies the cutting-tool vibration model, and forms two independent single-freeness vibration models along radial direction and axial direction of the work piece. Exciting forces which maintain the vibrations of cutting-tool are composed of random force comes from nonhomogeneous hardness of workpiece and vibration force and regenerative force of cutting.The Dynamic turning force model in normal cutting condition is established, the model consist of four factors: static force (nominal cutting force), variable cutting force which comes from non-uniform hardness of workpiece , variable cutting force formed by the vibration of the parameters of cutting layer which is following relative vibration between the tool and the workpiece, regenerative force induced by cutting regenerating effect. When the virtual cutting process is going on , instantaneous turning force fluctuate around nominal cutting force Virtual machining reflect variation characteristics of turning force in the normal cutting state and laid a foundation for simulation system analyze relative vibration.Vibration simulations were analyzed by MATLAB/Simulink running background, the simulation results were put in database file ,which is equipped in MATLAB, in the format of "*.mat", then the data in the file was read and displayed in the VC++.The virtual machining environment was established by exploiting Microsoft visual C++and making use of OpenGL Graphics Library which was no relevant to the platform. By using OpenGL working and using Access Database , working environment of error syncretizing system was set ,and virtual turning running was controlled and all kinds of operation was made for sorts of parameters.The virtual machining ,as one of the key techniques in the whole development period of product, can simulate and imitate the whole manufacturing and machining of the product on the design stage, and also predict and estimate machining performance and quality of the product, which can shorten the period of the development of the new product. It is very necessary to lower the producing cost and realize the agility of the manufacturing which could help to increase our country industry level and promote the benefit of the business enterprise performance.
