Combing to its domestic and international development condition of The Virtual Manufacturing, the brief introduction was made in the paper. Based on it, research of virtual cutting technology have been carried out. The homogeneous coordinate transformation was used to establish mathematics model for primitive geometry errors and thermal deformation errors. Errors syncretizing was made on the errors sensitivity orientation of the processed part. Exploitting Microsoft visual C++ ,making use of OpenGL Graphics Library and using Access database, the system was realized.The system can simulate and imitate the whole manufacturing and machining of the product in the design stage, and also predict and estimate machining performance and quality of the product, which can shorten the period of the development of the new product. it is very necessary to lower the production cost and realize the agility of the manufacturing which could help to increase our country industry level and promote the benefit of the business enterprise performance.
