Virtual manufacturing is the 20th century 90 years for the new concept, it is to create the development of science and the inevitable self-contradictions, also in the fierce market competition environment, the response produced one of the measures. At the same time, virtual manufacturing technology is the product for the scientific integration of information technology and manufacturing. CNC machining simulation sub-geometric simulation and physical simulation, now mostly concentrated in the virtual machine model, motion simulation and collision detection and other geometric simulation of cutting forces, tool vibration and thermal deformation, physical simulation and error analysis, and so at the exploratory stage. In NC machining simulation, the geometric simulation is a prerequisite, even more importantly, cutting force, machine vibration and thermal deformation, mechanical machining process of the physical simulation, which has become a mechanical discipline frontier areas of research focus and emphasis.With economic development and the market becomes more saturated, manufacturing industry to buy a house from a seller's market changes, consumers workpiece accuracy requirements become more sophisticated. In the actual NC machining process, a variety of factors, processing technology will be the quality of the workpieces with a corresponding impact. One of the factors that affect the machining accuracy are:cutting force caused by the deformation tool and workpiece, undermining the right of the tool and the workpiece relative position, affecting parts of the processing accuracy; cutting tool and workpiece heat caused by the deformation affecting the workpieces accuracy, especially in precision machining, the deformation due to thermal processing errors caused by accounting for the total machining error of 40% to 70%; cutting heat and cutting temperature generated by it, directly affects the tool wear and life, but also affect the workpiece processing precision and surface quality. Therefore, the Study on the processing of cutting force and cutting accuracy of thermal effects have a very important significance.In this paper, the production of widely used CAK 5085dj CNC lathe as the research object, focusing on deformation of the cutting force and cutting heat distortion error error on the processing accuracy.(1) the use of matlab neural network technology to the cutting forces carried out a precise prediction, and to predict the results of error analysis. ANSYS simulation software while taking advantage of comparative analysis of predictive power of the workpiece by deformation and measured force error, verify the BP neural network prediction accuracy.(2) the use of finite element software ABAQUS/Explicit the establishment of the temperature field prediction model, using the temperature measurement data have been verified the accuracy of the temperature is forecast to carry out comparative analysis of the error.This accuracy of this forecast data into the processing of a comprehensive forecasting models to improve the original prediction accuracy. Achieve accurate and timely guidance of the operator to adjust cutting parameters, modify the processing procedures. Thus shortening product development cycles, improve product quality, increase efficiency and reduce costs.
