In this paper, applying the mini-sintering process, taking the SHUICHENG steel and iron (group) the limited liability company present three kind of different type iron ore as experimental material, and applying optics-microscope to observation microstructure and the electronic stretch testing machine to test sintered specimen compressive strength, has studied related rules of weightlessness rate, the shrinkage, the softening temperature, the microstructure and the compressive strength when the limonite, the hematite and the magnetite sole and mixture (allocated proportion is 1:1) sinter under the different basicity and temperature.The research indicated that,when the sole limonite, the hematite and the magnetite sinter under the different basicity, the shrinkage are low, the liquid-phase produces few, the interstice are many, the compressive strength is low, so the sintering performance is bad; From analysing the sinter technical index synthetically, the high shrinkage, weightlessness rate and high strength between exists with the low softening temperature relationship obviously, the mix-powder has the better sintering character compared to the sole iron ore; The Brazil-hematite is causes the sintered specimen the high strength guarantee; Does not change the basicity in the situation, adding on the Guan-limonite to be advantageous to the improvement liquid-phase production ability and the solidifying performance; Under the high basicity condition, matches adds the Yangchun magnetite to be advantageous to produce the compound calcium ferrite.
