The article statistics and optimizes the consumption of 50000t/a Acrylamide Monomer(AM )plant of DaQing Refinery and Chemcial Company and being for the macroscopic plan of the plant in future.By means of studying productoin feature of AM plant, analyzing the primary factor and consumption point which affect plant consumption,selectiing the preliminary variable.It is based on the historical experience data of AM plant,seclecting linear regression statistical analysis method,data processing by SPSS software,find out the law among yield,energy consumption,material consumption and air temperature of the plant,conclude the statistical model.By the production practical situation,verify and extend the statistical model.By statisticsing and optimezing AM plant in the article, combine the model and operation situation tight,on working out prouction plan,analyzing plant operation situation,optimizing production operation,reducing material consumption and energy consumption and so on,it will make a good directive function.
