It is a systematic work that the oilfield has been carrying out continuously to cut down the cost and increase efficiency. In particular, the sharp drop in international oil prices in recent days requires us to do a good job in the current work, increase efforts to cut costs and increase efficiency, and actively respond to the crisis and challenges brought by the drop in international oil prices.Crude oil export system plays an important pivotal role in the whole oilfield. The export pipeline starts from the initial station, passes through the booster station, heating station, etc.,and ends at the oil depot. The operation cost and maintenance cost of the whole system are extremely high. With the change of development time, the oil field will enter the stage of high water cut oil production, and the production will decrease in varying degrees. At this time, the process calculation of crude oil export is to properly solve the main contradiction of energy consumption and energy supply along the pipeline,so as to achieve the purpose of completing the transmission task safely and economically, and provide the basis for reducing the operation cost of crude oil export system. In this paper, the energy consumption of a crude oil transportation system in Daqing Field is analyzed, and the economic limit of optimal operation of the system is studied by using PipePhase software, according to the production prediction of the oil production plant, data support is provided for the shutdown time point of the intermediate booster station of the external transportation system through the law of production decline, and provide the reform scheme of the economic operation mode of the transportation system.
