Catalyst system for propylene polymerization and polymerization process were the key to the development of polypropylene technology. The development of the new spheroid polypropylene catalyst has the polypropylene product of the high performance to have to the development core function. However, very few reports on the study of preparation of the spherical catalyst,especially on the preparation of the spherical support for this catalyst are found. In this paper, we studied the scaling up processes of the spheroid support and spheroid catalyst, discussed about the conditions for the support preparation and the catalyst preparation systematically,the optimal conditions were found;the obtained spherical catalysts were used in propylene polymerization and the properties of the catalysts and completed catalyst to produce the industry application of the device in the intermittent polypropylene.Yet come to a decisive conclusion..1. Excellent turned the 5L system spheroid support technology, the optimal conditions were found: anhydrous C2H5OH/ anhydrous MgCl2 (molar ratio) is 3.0, the reaction temperature is 120℃,the reaction time is 3 hours,high speed of the stirrer is 2500~3000rpm, temperature of cooling point is -20℃, Terminate the temperature is no higher than -5℃2. Excellent turned the 3L system spheroid catalyst technology, the optimal conditions were found: spherical support C2H5OH (molar ratio) control 2.3~2.5, the initial temperature is -20℃, calefy to 0℃spend to 6-7h,the reaction temperature is 130℃, internal donor trickle temperature is 130℃,we use four time load TiCl4 technology.3. Excellent turned the spheroid catalyst polymerization technology, the optimal conditions were found: the reaction temperature is 70~75℃, the reaction time is 2 hours,n(Al)/ n(Ti)=600~800, n(Si)/ n(Ti)=30~40, Evaluate the result enunciation: the activity of the catalyst is high,the isotacticity exceeded 95%(insoluble in the n-heptane), apparent density exceeded 0.46g/cm3, the thin powder quantity of the polymer(<150μm) less than 3%.4. The spheroid catalyst to produce the industry application of the device in the intermittent polypropylene. the activity of the catalyst is calmly, The technology control stabilize, Produce circulate well, Experiment parallelism is good, evaluate the result enunciation: The spheroid catalyst can satisfy the request that the intermittent polypropylene produces device.
